North Sails is committed to performance and quality; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the parcel to ensure the gear remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification and your refund once our quality control team has inspected the returned equipment.
